Easy Navigation
Newkirk Realty Mobile makes it easy to find listings. The Home screen automatically loads your favorites and recently viewed listings, along with easy access tabs across the bottom for other search options. On the Search screen, the auto-complete location box accepts neighborhoods, condos, cities and zip codes – just start typing!

Full Featured Searching
Search fields are split up into collapsible sections, making it easy to do advanced filtering in a compact interface. Best of all, search results can be displayed either with Google Maps plotting or in a thumbnail list for scrolling.

GPS Enabled
We’ve all been there – you’re driving around looking at properties, when you pass a home that catches your eye. You nearly take out a mailbox shuffling around for a pen & piece of old mail to jot down the address. No more! Simply bring up our mobile site and tap the “Nearby” tab at the bottom, and Presto! All of the nearby homes currently listed are shown. This gives you the freedom to drive your favorite neighborhoods and find out what’s for sale quickly & easily. You can then add these homes to your favorites, or send to us for showing requests. (Uses your phone’s built-in GPS — be sure your browser settings are set to enable location, which will pop-up the first time you use it.)
